   The four bedroom cottage has two double (king-size) and two twin rooms. There are four bathrooms, two ensuite with showers, one shared bathroom with shower and bath and one wet room with shower and toilet. The house has recently undergone extensive modernisation throughout and is fully central heated and equipped with fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a microwave oven. Off-street parking is available for one car, (two at a squeeze) - there are parking restrictions in the road (single yellow line).
All rooms have a river view except for one, which overlooks the parking area. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are on street level and the kitchen and living room are downstairs, the kitchen facing the back courtyard and the living room facing the river through the conservatory at the "front" of the house. The other two bedrooms/bathrooms are up another flight of stairs. There is a conservatory on the river side of the house, which serves nicely as a place to eat or just sit on blustery days. On warmer days, there is a patio overlooking the river and a large garden with spectacular views of the river and Instow on the other side. Gallery
