We will teach and help you to achieve the skills needed to develop your own databases; alternatively we will build a customised database in Delphi or Access, getting it up and running quickly and efficiently.

LTD Systems will make a thorough analysis of your needs and requirements and assess how you can get the most out of your computer.

Below are examples of some of the databases we have done, ranging from the very simplest name and address system through to a versatile application for a tennis tournament organiser and further to a more complex industry standard database.

   Databases

A simple database written in Access for a charity organisation to keep track of it's members, names and addresses, date of joining and fees paid. From a database such as this various queries and reports can be made, also mail merging with Word and addressing of envelopes and labels.

A database written for a tennis tournament organiser who needed to keep a record of all entrants for a tournament and to group them according to age, sex, location, tournament entered and LTA (Lawn Tennis Association) ranking. The entrants needed to be paired off for each stage of the competition.

As the tournament progressed, it was required that each contestant receive an automatically generated, individually addressed letter advising them and tracked the progress of the entire tournament from beginning to to championship day.

This is an example of a larger and more complex database created in Borland Delphi III for the insurance industry.

   Reports

Some examples of reports generated by the above program demonstrating the use of charts, fonts, colour and graphics all generated by the program and the data therein.
